A CoreU Group Coaching experience is an active alliance of committed individuals who are wise enough to realize that they will achieve more, and sooner, in fellowship and honorable mastermind-service to one another.

There are five key ingredients to producing a successful group coaching experience. They are:

  1. Connection. At the deepest of levels we are all connected and we want abundance of all things good for one another. Yet, often in today’s fast-paced society, we don’t have many opportunities for a pure experience of vital connection. Each member of our coaching groups ends up being energetically bonded to the well-being of every other member.
  2. Synergy. Arising from this deep connection is a “master mind” with greater synergy of possibilities than any one or two minds could have. ‘Master Mind’ may be defined as: “coordination of knowledge and effort in a spirit of harmony between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.” This synergy results in greater clarity. As members listen in support of their fellows, many more “Aha!” realizations arise leading to more fulfilling progress.
  3. Accountability. Because of the allegiance to one another and the greater good of the group each individual finds it easier to hold themselves accountable for keeping agreements and completing projects. The care for one another creates an environment of responsibility that would not be present in a solo experience.
  4. Facilitation. A successful group coaching experience needs a masterful blend of firmness and unconditional support. It is the coach’s responsibility to guide the process to agreed upon outcomes in the most enjoyable fashion possible. Tom’s core values: to inspire, to encourage and to rally are a perfect fit for this experience. A coaching relationship is an environment where you are encouraged and supported as you seek to be your authentic self. Tom authentically guides so that others have permission to be who they really are. A special characteristic of Tom’s makeup is that he believes deeply in the ability of his clients to achieve their dreams. Tom is a certified Five-Day Program Facilitator by Coachville.
  5. Support. Support is a foundation, firm footing, reinforcement, encouragement, sustenance, comfort and furtherance. A supporter is a guide, a backer, a champion, a defender, an endorser, and an advocate. You would be a more powerful creator of what you want in an atmosphere of total and unconditional support. In such an atmosphere the following outcomes will occur:
    1. You will be more likely to accept yourself, believe in yourself and build yourself up.
    2. You will be more likely to stretch yourself beyond previous comfort zones.
    3. You will more likely hold yourself accountable for what you pledge to accomplish.
    4. You will be inspired by the challenges and accomplishments of your supportive brothers and sisters.
    5. You will take frequent results-producing actions!

The expert blending of these five ingredients produces outcomes that cannot be readily attained in an individual coaching experience. Among them are:

  1. Priorities are agreed upon and more consistently honored, because the group connects more deeply and unifies around a single, inspiring and crystal clear rallying point.
  2. The big picture vision becomes more personal, practical and actionable for each individual. The synergistic structure and operative ground rules allow all to more clearly understand their part and why it’s important.
  3. Doubt, fears and false assumptions more readily fade away in the light of truth and the collective fresh start energy.
  4. The resulting structure of connection holds individuals more accountable to one another so everyone gets to experience the sweet ride of momentum.
  5. In an atmosphere of trust, the group’s collective wisdom and strengths are more frequently put into play. This results in an expanded perception of what’s believed to be possible.
